Why do you need to sign a waiver?

ALL visitors who are using the trampolines and equipment at Airtime Halifax need a signed waiver which will be in-date when they use the facilities. Waivers for under 18’s must be signed by one of their parents or a legal guardian. If any member of your party turns up without a valid waiver they won’t be allowed to use the equipment. Once a waiver has been completed it’s valid for 12 months so you don’t need to do it every time.

Who needs a waiver?

Trampolining is classed as an extreme sport. Any physical activity incurs the risk of injury to the participant and it’s our responsibility to inform you of the risk and do our very best to provide a safe environment in which to do the activity, be safe and have fun.

All our park is built with the safety of users as a top priority. We’re a member of the IATP and strive to equal or exceed all of their safety recommendations.

By signing the waiver you are showing that you understand the risks for yourself or any children for whom you’re signing. That you and any children that you’re responsible for agree to follow the park rules and any instructions from staff members.
